At Salon Cabelo, we are committed to providing a relaxing and enjoyable experience for every guest. To help us achieve this, we kindly ask that you take a moment to review our policies. These ensure a comfortable environment for everyone and help us deliver the highest level of service.
We wish for your time at Salon Cabelo to be as relaxing as possible. To maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all our guests, we kindly ask that you:
- Arrive on time for your appointment.
- Set your mobile phone to silent and use headphones if you wish to listen to audio or take calls.
- Attend your appointment alone, as we do not have seating facilities for anyone without an appointment.
Under 13’s Policy: For the comfort and safety of all our guests, children under the age of 13 are not permitted in the salon.
Under 16’s Hair Colouring Policy: In accordance with industry guidelines, we are unable to perform colouring services on anyone under the age of 16.
For your safety, an
allergy alert test must be carried out at least 48 hours prior to any colour service. This applies to all new colour guests and those who haven’t had a colour service with us in the past 12 months.
48-Hour Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the appointment to another guest and prevents our stylists from losing income. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a charge, and a deposit may be required for future bookings.
No-Shows: If you do not attend your appointment without notification, you will be charged the full cost of the booked service.
Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being rescheduled or shortened, with the full cost of the booked service still applying.
A deposit may be required for:
- Longer or high-value appointments
- Group bookings
- New guests
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice or no-shows.
Booking Confirmation: All online bookings are considered provisional until confirmed by the salon. You will receive confirmation via email or SMS once your booking is finalized.
Service Selection: Please ensure you select the correct services to allow adequate time for your appointment. Contact the salon if you’re unsure which service to book.
Privacy: Your personal information will be securely stored and used only for managing your booking and providing salon services.
Amendments: If you need to reschedule or cancel a booking this can be done online up to 48 hours before the appointment. For any other changes or after this time, please contact the salon directly.
We aim to ensure every guest is satisfied with their experience. If you are not completely satisfied:
- Please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your appointment.
- We will happily make any adjustments free of charge within one week of the original service, provided the adjustment is performed by the same stylist.
Please note:
- Desired colour results may not always be achievable in one session, especially for colour changes or corrections. Additional sessions may be required.
- Refunds are not offered for services that can be corrected.
Your consumer rights entitle you to a refund, replacement, or repair for faulty or mis-described goods.
In addition to your legal rights, we also accept returns for unused goods within 7 days of purchase if you change your mind. Please provide the original till receipt for an exchange or credit note.
We proudly support local charities and events by donating vouchers and gift cards. These are:
- Redeemable for salon services only (not for retail products).
- Non-redeemable for cash.
