Salon Cabelo was founded by Louise, a dedicated hair professional with over 20 years of experience. Her journey into hairdressing began unexpectedly when she attended a night school course during maternity leave. What started as a creative outlet soon grew into a true passion, leading Louise to pursue a career in the industry. With a desire to challenge herself, she set out to create a salon that offers a welcoming, relaxing space where guests can enjoy premium, cruelty-free, and eco-friendly products.
Louise is dedicated to supporting her team’s development, providing guidance and opportunities for growth. She takes an active role in mentoring apprentices and overseeing the salon’s new talent program, helping to build the skills and confidence of the next generation of stylists

Why the Name Salon Cabelo?
"Salon Cabelo" translates to "Hair Salon" in Portuguese, The inspiration for this name came from my experiences and connections to Brazil. During a visit to Brazil just before opening the salon, I was drawn to all the salon signs reading “Salon Cabelo”. Additionally, my family ties to Brazil made the name feel particularly meaningful and appropriate.
